Seth Godin, author of several books like All Marketers Are Liars, Purple Cow and Permission Marketing, held a TED Talk called "This is broken". Just like Laurence Peter in his The Peter Principle which I reviewed a few weeks ago, Godin mentions many broken and/or bad designed objects. In an entertaining speech, he explains some reasons behind these failures.
